Finance Manager – KREASI Project

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations of the KREASI project, ensuring accurate reporting, effective budget management and compliance with donor and regulatory requirements. This senior position supports strategic decision‑making and builds financial capacity across the programme and partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee finance function to deliver timely, reliable accounting, reporting and risk‑based financial management.
• Monitor partner financial performance, provide capacity‑building plans and ensure compliance with Save the Children assessment tools.
• Manage budget preparation, variance analysis, Budget vs Actual monitoring and ensure appropriate budget authority.
• Coordinate with Program and Supply Chain teams to control assets, submit donor reports and support audit processes.
• Guide grant management, sub‑grant monitoring, budget reviews and financial reporting for implementing partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of finance management experience in a corporate or NGO setting, with at least 3 years at senior level.
• Proven experience managing institutional grants and contracts (USAID, EC, EUD, etc.).
• Master’s degree in Financial Management, CPA/CA/ACCA or related qualification; Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning and business acumen.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
