Finance Analyst – Southeast Asia (Contract)

About the role

Join Diversey, a Solenis Company, as a Finance Analyst focused on Southeast Asia. You will provide in‑depth financial analysis, build models, and partner with commercial teams to drive growth and improve performance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, market trend evaluation, and profitability assessments to support business growth.
• Build and maintain financial models for strategy impact and commercial opportunities.
• Lead data collection, variance tracking, and analysis for annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Support sales compensation calculations and act as a trusted finance partner for revenue and margin analysis.
• Audit customer master data across regional entities to ensure accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience in a multinational environment with matrix and multicultural collaboration.
• Strong analytical mindset, resourceful, detail‑oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
