About the role
The FB Captain will lead the front‑bar operations at Monolocale Resort in Seminyak, ensuring a high standard of service, efficient workflow, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar service and coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of beverages.
- Train, coach and schedule bar staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain safety, hygiene and compliance with resort standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar captain or supervisory position.
- Strong leadership and team‑player attitude.
- Excellent time‑management and ability to learn quickly.
- Safety‑minded with a positive, professional demeanor.
- Effective communication and analytical problem‑solving skills.
