District Coordinator – Maros District

About the role

PATH is seeking a District Coordinator to lead the Phase 2 implementation of the Primary Health Care (PHC) Transformation project in Maros District, South Sulawesi. The role will ensure high‑quality delivery of community‑based health services, digital health tools, and capacity‑building activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the start‑up and rollout of project activities in Maros District in coordination with the Project Coordinator and national focal points.
• Develop and manage the district quarterly workplan and activity budget, aligning with the overall project plan.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, monitoring, and evaluation of all district‑level activities to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Supervise district project staff, providing guidance, resources, and performance feedback.
• Serve as the primary liaison with district‑level partners, including the District Health Office and Provincial Health Office.

Required profile

• Experience managing health‑related projects or programs, preferably in a public‑health or nonprofit setting.
• Strong understanding of primary health care delivery and community health screening.
• Ability to work collaboratively with government health agencies and local stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Project planning and budgeting.
• Monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) methodologies.
• Use of digital health tools for service delivery.
