Director - Deals Advisory - Corporate Finance

About the role

PwC Indonesia is seeking a Director for its Deals Advisory – Corporate Finance practice. The role involves leading financial advisory services for sell‑side and buy‑side transactions, helping leading companies originate, execute and realise value from deals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate finance clients and oversee their financial management.
• Drive business development by identifying and researching new and existing client opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
• Lead large‑scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Train, coach and supervise junior staff members.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local and national economic issues and strengthen internal relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, management consulting, private equity, venture capital or in‑house M&A.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics or Finance.
• Preferred Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) credential.
• Background in a Big Four accounting firm is a plus.
