Digital Banking Assistant

About the role

Deliver excellent customer service in line with SMBC Indonesia’s Service Values of Heartfelt Banking and Meaningful Service. The role involves handling customer requests, inquiries and complaints while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer requests, inquiries and complaints related to the bank’s products and services professionally.
• Identify customer needs and proactively offer suitable banking products through cross‑selling based on the customer’s profile.
• Perform administrative processes for transactions in compliance with established procedures and regulations.
• Maintain service quality by ensuring data accuracy, providing clear information and delivering appropriate solutions.
• Safeguard the confidentiality and security of customer information according to the bank’s policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) with at least 1 year of experience as a front‑liner in the financial services industry (preferred).
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic banking operations.
• Ability to work accurately, professionally and in compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Target‑oriented, performance‑driven and willing to work shifts, including weekends.
