DevOps Engineer

About the role

The DevOps Engineer will support both internal products and external customers across multiple platforms. You will work closely with customer teams to analyse their environments, improve user satisfaction and act as the first point of contact for guidance and recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consultancy to internal and external users on DevOps best practices.
• Analyse customer environments to identify efficiency improvements and reduce incident rates.
• Enable client DevOps teams by introducing concepts, processes and automation strategies.
• Serve as the technical expert on multiple projects, enhancing delivery pipelines and Agile practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, implement and maintain CI/CD workflows.

Required profile

• Professional certificate, diploma, bachelor’s or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in DevOps, system administration or cloud operations.
• Strong communication skills in English.

• Linux‑based operating systems
• Bash scripting
• Windows Server networking (DHCP, DNS, firewall, routing)
• Virtualisation platforms such as VMware or Proxmox
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Backup and replication tools (Veeam, Backup Exec or similar)
• SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL)
