Deputy Project Manager Civil Structure

About the role

The Deputy Project Manager / Lead C&S supports the Project Manager and Construction Manager in leading the site construction team. This senior civil and structural technical lead ensures that all civil, structural and related works are coordinated, inspected and handed over for MEP installation and commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead civil, structural, sub‑structure and super‑structure activities, including façade, underground works and site infrastructure.
• Manage temporary works and ensure construction readiness for MEP installation.
• Coordinate, inspect, sequence and document all C&S works on site.
• Hand over completed works to MEP, commissioning and operational teams.
• Support data‑center program milestones such as permanent power readiness, equipment delivery and testing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in civil and structural engineering within large‑scale construction projects.
• Ability to act as senior technical lead on site and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, inspection and hand‑over processes.
• Experience with data‑center or mission‑critical infrastructure projects is a plus.
