Deputy Product Manager

About the role

The Deputy Product Manager will support the Product Manager in developing and managing SUN Education Group’s study‑abroad portfolio. Based at the head office in West Jakarta, the role focuses on building relationships with overseas universities, promoting programmes to prospective students, and driving sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing overseas university partners.
• Identify and establish new partnerships with universities and representatives.
• Organise events and campaigns to attract student registrations for partner institutions.
• Assist the Product Manager in selecting suitable programmes and negotiating agency agreements.
• Monitor sales performance and CRM data (Sunnies and partner CRMs) to ensure targets are met.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for the study‑abroad market.
• Provide training and product knowledge to counselors, admissions staff, and managers.
• Oversee social‑media content to maintain brand consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; overseas graduates are preferred.
• Familiarity with overseas education systems and procedures.
• Strong leadership qualities and a pleasant personality.
• Ability to work under pressure, detail‑oriented and quick to learn.
• Commitment to a full‑time, on‑site role at the head office.
