Customer Relationship Management Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Intern to support the planning, execution, and analysis of multi‑channel CRM campaigns. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to enhance customer engagement across Push Notifications, Email, and WhatsApp.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, executing, and monitoring CRM campaigns using MoEngage across Push, Email, and WhatsApp.
• Support user segmentation based on campaign objectives and business unit needs.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks on campaigns before launch to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with metrics such as Delivery Rate, Open Rate, Click‑Through Rate, and Conversion Rate.
• Prepare presentation materials, maintain documentation, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Perform basic analysis of user behavior and campaign effectiveness to aid data‑driven decisions.
• Help develop and execute CRM initiatives aimed at improving first‑time transactions, repeat purchases, and customer retention.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (minimum 6th semester) or recent graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Management, Digital Business or related fields.
• Experience or interest in CRM, digital marketing, or related areas.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
• Detail‑oriented with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Effective time‑management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Fast learner, adaptable to new tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project‑management tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model: 4 days on‑site in Jakarta and 1 day remote.
