Corporate Legal Senior Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Legal Senior Officer to join our finance company in South Jakarta. The role involves providing legal support for corporate transactions, ensuring compliance, and mitigating legal risks.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, contracts and other documents.
• Prepare and analyse legal opinions on transactions, business activities and regulatory matters.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical solutions to minimise exposure.
• Conduct legal research and interpret applicable laws, regulations and precedents.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external counsel to resolve legal issues and support business initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.).
• 3‑4 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in a multifinance environment.
• Strong knowledge of multifinance regulations, licensing, corporate compliance and governance.
• Ability to prepare detailed legal opinions and manage regulatory compliance and risk.
• Excellent analytical, communication and independent‑working skills with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and spoken English.
