Content Production Specialist

About the role

Gentem Indonesia Lifelong Learning Group is looking for a creative Content Production Specialist to manage and grow social media for its education brands. You will be responsible for creating high‑quality visual content that drives engagement and supports brand campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and produce photo and video assets for short‑form, long‑form, events, classes and testimonials.
• Edit content for platforms such as Reels, TikTok, YouTube and carousel posts, adding subtitles, pacing, basic motion and platform‑specific optimisation.
• Generate content ideas, hooks, scripts and carousel narratives aligned with campaign goals and audience behaviour.
• Coordinate shoots with internal teams and maintain an organised library of raw and final assets.
• Deliver consistent, high‑impact social media content that improves views, saves and interactions.
• Translate campaign concepts into ready‑to‑publish media assets.

Required profile

• Proficient in shooting photos and videos using DSLR/mirrorless cameras or mobile devices.
• Basic understanding of lighting, framing and directing subjects.
• Experience with CapCut (or similar) for short‑form and long‑form editing.
• Ability to add subtitles, manage pacing, transitions and simple motion graphics.
• Skill in creating visual assets and carousel designs using Canva.
• Strong sense of storytelling, content hooks and current social media trends.
• Effective coordination with internal teams and efficient execution of content projects.
