Content Moderator

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Content Moderator to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. You will help keep our short‑video platform safe and welcoming by reviewing user‑generated content and enforcing community guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review and moderate text, images, videos, and comments submitted by users.
• Ensure all content complies with community policies and remove violations promptly.
• Handle content‑violation reports, coordinate with supervisors, and take swift corrective action.
• Audit content for social‑media uploads and review copyright‑related notices.
• Maintain awareness of sensitive or harmful material and follow escalation procedures.

Required profile

• Enjoys browsing social‑media feeds (advantage).
• Comfortable handling sensitive or potentially harmful content.
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level) with good verbal ability.
• Content moderation or BPO experience is a plus; fresh graduates (minimum D3) are welcome.
• Available to start immediately and work weekends, public holidays, and rotating 24/7 shifts.
• Willing to work on‑site in Denpasar, Bali.
