Consultant – Process Safety Management (PSM)

About the role

As a Consultant in the Operational Risk Management practice, you will help high‑risk organisations in the oil & gas, petrochemical and chemical sectors identify, manage and reduce operational risk while improving safety performance and resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to process safety and operational risk projects across oil & gas, petrochemical and chemical facilities.
• Support client assessments, workshops, analyses and improvement initiatives.
• Work directly with client teams to implement practical and sustainable solutions.
• Evaluate risk management frameworks, process safety management systems and operational controls.
• Support major‑hazard risk studies, gap assessments, audits and performance‑improvement programmes.
• Analyse operational data to identify opportunities for safety and performance enhancements.
• Develop high‑quality client deliverables and reports.

Required profile

• Technical professional with experience in operational risk or process safety within oil & gas, petrochemical or chemical industries.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate operational expertise into client impact.
