About the role

The Elevate Programme, funded by the European Union, seeks a consultant to document Year 1 achievements, best practices, and beneficiary stories, and to produce a publication‑ready report.

Key responsibilities

Conduct a desk review of program proposals, logframes, work plans, monitoring data, progress reports and existing communication material.
Travel to selected sites in Luwu, North Luwu and East Luwu to capture high‑quality photographs of activities, livelihood initiatives, women’s groups and community engagement.
Develop human‑interest photo stories and beneficiary profiles that illustrate programme impact.
Compile and edit a comprehensive Year 1 report that meets donor standards and supports organisational learning.

Required profile

Proven experience in documentation, reporting and visual storytelling for development programmes.
Familiarity with gender‑based violence (GBV) and women’s economic empowerment contexts.

Required skills

Professional photography.
Report writing and editorial review.
