Compensation Consulting Manager, Career Services

About the role

Mercer is seeking a Compensation Consulting Manager for its Career Services team in Jakarta. You will leverage expertise and thought leadership to drive significant change for clients across a range of HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted advisory relationships with senior client stakeholders, including HR Directors and CEOs.
• Act as liaison between Mercer project teams and clients, participating in fact‑finding interviews and presentations.
• Deliver broad‑based rewards projects such as job evaluation, salary structure design, sales incentive design, and performance management.
• Research public filings, develop peer groups, and analyze client financial data.

Required profile

• Relevant HR consulting or corporate HR experience, preferably with broad‑based rewards exposure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research and analytical abilities.
