Business Unit Head, Indonesia

About the role

The Business Unit Head will own the end‑to‑end business in Indonesia, driving product development, P&L performance and team growth. This hands‑on operating role reports directly to senior leadership and is accountable for delivering profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&L, set strategy, define targets and monitor overall performance.
• Identify customer needs, decide product features, and work with product, engineering and design to launch solutions.
• Build and lead a high‑performing team, set clear goals and manage performance.
• Drive user growth, engagement, revenue and profitability through data‑driven decisions.
• Establish partnerships and operational processes required to scale the business.

Required profile

• Proven track record building, launching or scaling a product, business or business unit.
• Experience owning P&L, revenue growth and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong product and commercial judgement with ability to work across product, engineering, operations and commercial functions.
• Hands‑on leadership style, comfortable moving between strategy and detailed execution.
• Experience in fintech, consumer technology or AI is a plus.
