About the role

The Business Development professional will expand Mamikos’ portfolio of rental properties in Surabaya. You will identify new property owners, introduce them to our platform, and build lasting partnerships that drive occupancy and revenue.

Key responsibilities

Research and target potential property owners for acquisition.
Conduct cold‑calls and present Mamikos products to owners.
Negotiate and finalize cooperation agreements with support from the legal team.
Maintain strong relationships with kos owners to ensure smooth operations of acquired rooms.
Monitor performance to meet revenue targets and produce compliant reports.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Minimum one year of work experience; hospitality or startup background is a plus.
Strong passion for sales, account management and achieving targets.
Tech‑savvy attitude and willingness to conduct field canvassing.
Based in Surabaya.
