About the role

MK Academy is seeking enthusiastic young professionals or fresh graduates to join the team as Business Development and Operational Staff in Bogor. The role combines sales activities with operational support to help expand the academy’s training and certification services across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for training and certification programs.
• Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions and workshops.
• Maintain client records and follow‑up on inquiries.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation and reporting.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote services and engage with prospects.

Required profile

• High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong enthusiasm for sales and operational tasks.
• Good health with no chronic illnesses.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public.
• Valid motorcycle driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
