Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our IT and Software team in Central Jakarta. You will work closely with stakeholders, users, and technical resources to ensure that system designs meet business requirements and deliver value to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate design workshops, create presentations and business process diagrams to validate solutions with end‑users.
• Act as the liaison between the IT project team and business users, fostering strong IT‑business relationships.
• Conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and decompose user stories.
• Produce detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Document current‑state processes to help stakeholders understand change implications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field), preferably Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of IT experience as a Business Analyst across multiple projects.
• Strong ability to work in large, diverse teams and operate with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
