Business Analyst (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team on a 12‑month contract. The role focuses on banking operations projects, especially ATM replenishment and branch cash management, and will be based onsite in South Jakarta.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for banking system implementations.
• Perform gap and root‑cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Map business processes using flowcharts (Draw.io / Visio).
• Produce BRD and FSD documentation and test scripts.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2.5 years experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience in banking operations implementation.
• In‑depth knowledge of ATM replenishment and branch cash management.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Business process mapping tools: Draw.io, Visio.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Collaboration platforms: Jira, ClickUp.
• Test script analysis and documentation.
