About the role
Manage and monitor utility and facility operations for Daewa Building and the Head Office in Cibitung. Analyze and report monthly utility consumption while coordinating repair and maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient building operations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor utility and facility operations for Daewa Building and Head Office Cibitung.
- Analyze and report monthly utility consumption.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities for building facilities and utilities.
- Ensure facilities are maintained in a safe, efficient, and operational condition.
- Maintain good relationships with building tenants and related stakeholders.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of electrical systems and basic building utilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
