Branch Manager for Kids Jakarta Utara PIK Plus

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our kids‑focused education branch in North Jakarta. You will ensure smooth operations, drive student acquisition and manage overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area.
• Lead and execute branch‑level initiatives, including events, promotions and other marketing activities to drive student engagement and enrollment.
• Manage branch Profit & Loss performance by assessing market conditions, identifying sales opportunities and implementing revenue‑optimising strategies.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end customer experience, ensuring service quality, satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids‑focused businesses, education or a start‑up environment is an advantage.
• Strong people‑management skills with experience leading a team.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
