Back End Developer (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Back End Developer to join our IT team in Jakarta Selatan. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust server‑side applications that power our web and mobile products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, QA, product managers and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality software.
• Design and optimise database schemas, queries and data models.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and external services.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve production issues promptly.
• Monitor application performance, scalability, reliability and security, and implement improvements.
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Maintain technical documentation and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Back‑end programming languages: Golang, Node.js.NET, Java, PHP, Python.
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Database technologies: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB.
• Version control using Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (a plus).
