B2B Sales Representative

About the role

Join Odoo’s fast‑growing sales team in Tangerang and help SMEs upgrade their business management software. You will work with inbound leads, understand customer needs, and present tailored Odoo solutions without the need for cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound inquiries and conduct discovery calls to uncover business pain points.
• Present and demo Odoo’s suite of applications (CRM, Accounting, E‑commerce, Inventory, HR, Project Management, etc.) to decision‑makers.
• Provide consultative advice, answer questions, and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and finalize partnership contracts.
• Maintain strong relationships with business owners and C‑level executives across various industries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or D3) in any field.
• Fluent in Indonesian and able to communicate in English.
• Goal‑oriented, strong communicator, and hardworking.
• Good business acumen and logical thinking.
• Immediate availability.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP and business management software.
