Associate Urban Designer

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Urban Designer to support senior team members and project managers on a range of urban design projects in Jakarta. You will work closely with experienced designers to develop concepts, masterplans and detailed layouts while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in creating urban design concepts, masterplans and detailed layout drawings.
• Produce design drawings, diagrams and presentation materials.
• Conduct site analysis, research and benchmarking to inform design proposals.
• Prepare reports, design briefs and technical documentation.
• Participate in design workshops, reviews and client meetings.
• Manage time and tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree in Urban Design or Architecture (Master’s in Urban Design, City Planning or Landscape is a plus).
• 0–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong design and graphic communication abilities.
