About the role
Kredivo is looking for an Associate Product Manager to lead AI‑powered products built by the Data team in its Jakarta office. You will work closely with business teams to discover needs, prototype solutions, and ensure adoption that drives measurable value.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery with business teams: map workflows, identify AI opportunities, define problem statements and validate prototypes with users.
- Collaborate with the Data team to prioritize, develop and deliver AI products.
- Own product onboarding, post‑deployment support and drive adoption across business units.
- Track usage, measure impact, gather feedback and iterate for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of AI trends and tools (LLMs, AI assistants, coding assistants) with hands‑on experience.
- Ability to translate AI capabilities into real business solutions.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and structured, hands‑on approach.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
