Associate - Deals Advisory (Campus Hiring 2026)

About the role

PwC Indonesia is hiring Associates for its Deals Advisory practice through its 2026 campus hiring programme. The team helps organisations realise value from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets by providing value opinions, transaction modelling and financial risk research. The posting covers both Associate and Senior Associate levels.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively assist the team on various aspects of projects and prepare deliverables.
• Research financial risks, provide forecast analysis and develop financial models to support valuation advice.
• Contribute to the development of your own and the team's technical acumen.
• Stay up to date with local and national business and economic issues and adhere to compliance matters.
• Build internal relationships and promote the PwC brand.
• Senior Associate: delegate to others, coach them to deliver results, review the work of yourself and colleagues for quality and accuracy, and seek exposure to different situations and perspectives.

Required profile

• Major in Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• GPA above 3.0 (Second Class Upper Honours / Distinction) from a top university in Indonesia or overseas.
• Interest in consulting and/or financial services; CFA, CPA or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.
• Good spoken English; Associate positions accept fresh graduates, Senior Associate requires at least 3 years of experience in a major financial advisory firm.
