Associate, Corporate Coverage (Grade 4.4)

About the role

ANZ is seeking an Associate for its Corporate Coverage team in Jakarta to support the bank’s business strategy by managing and growing relationships with large corporate and multinational clients, particularly in Greater China.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with large corporate and multinational corporation clients, delivering holistic banking solutions.
• Collaborate with product partners and international teams to identify cross‑selling opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Support client acquisition and retention through participation in pitches, deal execution, and corridor initiatives.
• Maintain disciplined portfolio management in line with ANZ Indonesia’s business plan, including revenue, risk‑adjusted assets and credit loss provisions.
• Develop and execute corporate business strategies, leveraging ANZ’s network to deepen existing relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Risk, Operations and Product teams to ensure positive client outcomes.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing, foster inclusive collaboration and uphold high standards of client service.

Required profile

• Experience in corporate banking or financial services with a focus on client relationship management.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage a portfolio in line with financial performance targets.
• Proven ability to collaborate across product, risk and operations teams.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality client service and supporting team development.
