Associate - Advisory Deals - Transaction Services

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate in the Advisory Deals – Transaction Services team in Jakarta. The role focuses on financial due diligence, supporting clients through mergers, acquisitions and divestitures by analysing earnings quality, assets, cash flows and other deal‑critical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence engagements, assessing quality of earnings, assets and cash flow dynamics.
• Prepare and present analytical reports and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop financial models and valuation analyses.
• Support the planning and execution of M&A, divestiture and restructuring projects.
• Maintain professional standards and adhere to PwC’s code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with a GPA above 3.0 (or equivalent honors).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple priorities.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
