Associate 1 Assurance CRS Consultant (FY26)

About the role

PwC is seeking a motivated Associate 1 to join its Assurance – CRS Consulting team in Jakarta. You will support capital markets accounting advisory services, providing technical accounting guidance on transactions, financial reporting, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with accounting and financial reporting issues related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transformational events.
• Prepare and review capital market transaction structures, carve‑out financial statements, and related disclosures.
• Research and apply IFRS and Indonesian GAAP to complex deal scenarios.
• Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high‑quality advisory deliverables.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Accounting.
• Strong interest in technical accounting research and staying current with IFRS and Indonesian GAAP.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
