Assistant Manager – Fitting Production

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Fitting Production is directly responsible for assembling, installing, repairing and maintaining production components and machinery within our sanitary manufacturing plant. The role ensures that all mechanical equipment operates precisely, safely and efficiently, supporting high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, install, repair and maintain production components and machines.
• Monitor and optimise mechanical equipment performance to meet safety and efficiency standards.
• Implement quality control and waste reduction measures on the shop floor.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/HSE) regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet fitting product specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Metallurgical Engineering (minimum GPA 3.00).
• 5‑10 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in fitting or component production.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Serpong‑Tangerang area.
