Area Sales Manager – Accessories (Surabaya)

About the role

Bosch is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead the accessories business in Surabaya. You will be responsible for expanding the customer base, managing key accounts, and ensuring high service levels across distributors, retail and modern trade channels.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new customers (distributors, retail, modern retail) within the assigned territory.
• Plan, track and follow up sales orders, forecast demand and manage account plans.
• Ensure timely payment collection and coordinate delivery logistics.
• Handle customer complaints, warranty issues and product returns efficiently.
• Maintain a regular customer visit schedule to support marketing activities and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to optimise product distribution and mix.
• Work closely with the product marketing team to align product offerings with market needs.
• Develop and execute a business plan for the East Java market through distributors, retail and local MP channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in building material or FMCG.
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
• High level of drive, ambition, ownership and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willingness to travel frequently and reside in or near Surabaya.
