Analytics Manager - Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta Thamrin

About the role

The Analytics Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta Thamrin is responsible for analysing revenue, profit and demand linked to hotel room and space inventory in a given market or cluster. The position prepares forecasts, budgets, weekly and daily projections and tracks progress, develops and uses analytical tools to maximise revenue and profit, and reviews the effectiveness of the sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and report revenue management data: break down information, generate accurate and timely reports and presentations, identify problems and propose solutions, and meet reporting deadlines.
• Provide revenue analysis expertise to general managers, property leadership teams and market sales leaders.
• Prepare forecasts of revenue, profit, demand and occupancy for rooms and function space (three- and six-month, long-range and budget), and prepare revenue and profit opportunity analyses.
• Manage all revenue, profit and demand data for rooms and function space.
• Execute revenue management projects and strategy, drive its implementation and recommend improvements to revenue analysis processes.
• Communicate brand initiatives, demand and market analysis to hotels, clusters, franchise partners and owners, and prepare a sales strategy critique.
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate results, achievements and challenges to them.
• Keep executives and peers informed and maintain records of information.

Required profile

• A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field, with 2 years of experience in revenue management, sales and marketing or a related area.
• OR a 4-year bachelor's degree in one of those fields, with no work experience required.
