Ads Specialist

About the role

Gositus is seeking an Ads Specialist to plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The role focuses on generating high‑quality leads and maximising return on investment for the company’s digital marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and other relevant channels.
• Conduct keyword, audience, competitor and market research to shape advertising strategies.
• Develop and optimise campaign structures, targeting, bidding strategies and budgets.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create high‑converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate) and implement continuous improvements.
• Perform A/B testing on copy, creatives, audiences and landing pages.
• Track results using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and related tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, IT or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with LinkedIn or TikTok Ads is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for optimisation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
