Account Officer – Commercial Vehicle Financing

About the role

This full‑time position is based in Surabaya and focuses on acquiring and managing corporate clients who need commercial vehicle financing. You will drive business growth by promoting financing solutions for new and used trucks across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and acquire new customers in logistics, transportation, manufacturing, construction, mining, agriculture and distribution.
• Promote and sell commercial vehicle financing solutions, build relationships with corporate customers, truck dealers and strategic partners, and conduct regular sales visits.
• Prepare financing applications, ensure compliance, coordinate with internal departments, and monitor the loan process from submission to disbursement.
• Achieve sales targets, financing volume and KPIs while maintaining accurate pipelines and activity reports.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 3 years of experience in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong eagerness to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills and ability to report in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
