About the role
The Account Manager will drive sales growth for CTI Group's IT solutions in South Jakarta, building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, delivering excellent service, and expanding market coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Deliver service excellence to clients.
- Build and develop strong relationships with existing and potential end‑users.
- Identify and capture new customer segments to expand market coverage.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Specialist or Account Manager in the IT industry.
- Passion for digital business development and fostering client relationships.
