Account Executive – Healthcare & Pharmacy

About the role

The Account Executive will drive new business opportunities within the Healthcare and Pharmacy (HCP) sector, offering tailored financing solutions to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and distributors. You will act as a trusted advisor, building long‑term partnerships that support clients' operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business prospects across the HCP market.
• Understand client requirements and propose financing products that align with their operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively acquire new clients and expand existing portfolios.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations and competitor activities.
• Monitor asset quality and ensure ongoing customer engagement for sustainable partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates are welcome); preferably in Business, Marketing, Public Health, Pharmacy or related fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong networking contacts within the healthcare and pharmacy sectors.
• Good analytical skills and interest in B2B healthcare dynamics.
• Proactive, collaborative and highly driven to achieve targets.
