About the role

As a participant in the YES! Apprenticeship 2026 at Nestlé’s Kejayan Factory, you will work closely with a professional team to gain hands‑on experience in a multinational food‑and‑beverage environment. The six‑month program is designed for fresh graduates who want to understand corporate operations and contribute to real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project teams on tasks aligned with business practices.
• Support daily operations in the factory and corporate offices.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings and contribute ideas.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (any major).
• Strong motivation to learn in a multinational FMCG company.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Karawang for the full six‑month period.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
