Windows System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Windows System Administrator to join our IT team in Jakarta. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security and performance of our Windows Server infrastructure and related application platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot IIS, Nginx and Apache Tomcat web/application servers.
• Support deployment and maintenance of Java- and .NET-based applications, including Java Runtime and Windows Services.
• Perform Microsoft SQL Server administration tasks such as backup, restore, monitoring and basic performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks.
• Monitor server health, application availability and system performance, and respond to production incidents within SLA.
• Apply Windows patches, security updates and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Review security advisories, vendor bulletins and vulnerability reports, and produce patch-management reports and compliance evidence.
• Create and keep up-to-date technical documentation and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Windows System Administrator, System Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
