Website and SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Website and SEO Specialist to boost our digital presence and generate new leads for fundraising and sponsorship programmes. You will design and maintain landing pages, optimise the website’s UI/UX and implement SEO strategies to support our mission of helping vulnerable children.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage website landing pages and UI/UX for desktop and mobile, including fundraising, MySponsorship, MyVolunteer and campaign pages.
• Analyse SEO trends, plan and implement strategic keywords, and create or update web content to improve organic acquisition.
• Upgrade email templates with graphics and personalization, ensuring mobile‑friendly design and compliance with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with regional and programme units to share data‑driven insights, support digital media activities and maintain smooth operation of web applications.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, support administration for the BIC team and contribute to risk‑management processes.
• Participate in the organisation’s transformational development, advocacy and emergency response efforts as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in web design, UI/UX and SEO within a digital fundraising or nonprofit context.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple units and deliver timely reports.
• Willingness to support emergency response initiatives and engage in the organisation’s spiritual practices.
