Webinar Host (Part‑time, Bilingual Indonesian/English)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Webinar Host to lead live online events in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. The role is part‑time and focuses on creating an engaging, comfortable atmosphere for participants before, during, and after each session.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live webinars in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Interact with participants pre‑event, during the broadcast, and post‑event to foster networking.
• Moderate conversations, encourage audience interaction, and help participants get to know each other.
• Lead online events, design interactive moments, and manage audience questions.

Required profile

• Confident spoken English (minimum B2, preferably C1).
• Strong on‑camera presence and clear communication skills.
• Basic or solid understanding of financial markets.
• Experience in events, public speaking, or meeting facilitation.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
• Stress tolerance, accountability, and quick response to changes.

Required skills

• Moderating discussions and audience management.
