W&D Freight Professional Sales

About the role

The W&D Freight Professional Sales role is responsible for promoting PT LX Pantos Indonesia’s freight and logistics solutions to new and existing customers in the Bekasi region. You will develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless delivery of services while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Analyze client needs, prepare customized proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Visit existing and potential customers to understand requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with operations to guarantee on‑time delivery and project execution.
• Provide regular progress updates and detailed sales forecasts to management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in professional sales or sales operations within the freight and logistics sector.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing market strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
