About the role
The company is looking for a friendly and reliable waiter to serve customers at its restaurant in Jakarta. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and maintaining a clean dining area.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, escort them to their seats, and present menus.
- Record orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages according to the customers' requests.
- Clear tables, clean dishes, glasses, and other equipment after guests finish their meals.
- Ensure the dining area remains clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow the schedule and tasks assigned by the team leader.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience as a restaurant waiter (fresh graduates are also considered).
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Neat and presentable appearance.
- Good communication skills and polite demeanor.
- Ability to work in a team, honesty, and willingness to learn.
