Training Management Officer – Healthcare IT

About the role

As the Training Management Officer at PT Daya Medika Pratama, you will ensure clients and employees receive comprehensive training on the Hospital Information System, especially the Electronic Medical Record solution. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed product documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, organize and deliver training programs for clients and internal teams.
• Enhance and maintain product documentation for the Hospital Information System.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Health Informatics or related field.
• Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role with documentation and scheduling expertise.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability to new technologies and commitment to staying current with healthcare IT trends.
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using training tools and webinar platforms.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Competence in documentation software.
