Tech Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Tech Recruiter to join our team in South Jakarta. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring technical talent to meet the company’s growing needs. The role requires strong communication skills in English and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Understand technical requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and other channels across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates and track recruitment metrics.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve monthly or quarterly recruitment targets.
• Collect and manage pre‑agreement documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a tech recruiter, preferably in IT consulting.
• Broad candidate pool covering Singapore and SEA.
• Experience handling diverse, current‑trend tech roles.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in the office.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
