Team Leader in Verification Department

About the role

The Verification Department seeks a proactive Team Leader to guide a group of analysts in processing new client documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will act as the primary point of contact for verification matters, fostering a high‑performing, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support verification team members on daily tasks.
• Oversee end‑to‑end client verification processes to meet timeliness and accuracy targets.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk Management, and other departments to align verification standards.
• Identify process inefficiencies and introduce best‑practice solutions.
• Develop and deliver training programs for continuous skill enhancement.
• Prepare performance reports and trend analyses for senior management.
• Handle escalated verification issues and resolve them promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in verification, compliance, or operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of the forex industry’s regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
