Tax Supervisor

About the role

Yard Financial Solutions is seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to lead its tax function in Ungasan, Badung, Bali. The role involves ensuring tax compliance, preparing and reviewing filings, providing advisory support, and managing a team of tax professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee tax functions, ensuring accurate and timely preparation and submission of tax reports for the company and its clients.
• Plan, develop, and implement tax calculation systems and procedures while monitoring compliance and minimizing tax risks.
• Coordinate tax planning and risk analysis to provide financial insights for business decisions.
• Develop comprehensive tax planning and consolidation strategies to optimize efficiency and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Supervise the Tax Department team, ensuring performance, productivity, and adherence to procedures.
• Lead resolution of tax disputes and prepare detailed tax department reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tax, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a tax consulting or public accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
• Brevet A & B (Brevet C is a plus) and USKP A & B certifications.
• PPPK certification and fluency in English.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ungasan, Badung, Bali.
