Talent & HR Operations Manager

About the role

The Talent & HR Operations Manager will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition and HR operational processes for Simbadda Group in North Jakarta. This role combines strategic workforce planning with day‑to‑day HR administration to support the company’s growth across retail, distribution and manufacturing units.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies, managing requisitions, sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future positions in collaboration with department heads.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including transfers, promotions, off‑boarding and accurate HR record‑keeping.
• Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and ensure HRIS data integrity.
• Prepare payroll, administer benefits (insurance, BPJS, etc.) and support compensation benchmarking.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, handle employee relations, disciplinary actions and grievance management.
• Manage office administration, facilities, procurement and vendor coordination for general affairs.
• Produce HR analytics and reports on headcount, turnover, recruitment performance and labor costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, including talent acquisition and operations.
• 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of labor regulations, compensation, benefits, payroll and HR administration.
• Experience in retail, distribution, consumer electronics, manufacturing or multi‑branch operations is preferred.
