System Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a System Analyst to join our IT and Software team in South Jakarta. The role involves testing applications and producing comprehensive documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional and technical testing of software solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation such as Blueprints, Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Technical Specification Documents (TSD), Use Cases, flowcharts, Database Relationship Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Application Architecture Diagrams.
• Analyze, design, and develop documentation for code segments and workflow processes using UML.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
